Post Body

Hey folks, how are you doing.

First of all I wanna thank this community, it's kind, welcoming, has a huge knowledge and I learned a lot.

I think this is my first post here, well the first of my own project. I myself are 31y old and started my apprenticeship as a carpenter/furniture maker two years ago (better late than never) in germany. And it was the best decision I ever made.

My fiancee and me built our own high beets which we finished and planted today. I sadly forget to take a few pictures of the building process but at least I have some.

We started with rough sawn local spruce lumber from a sawmill nearby and planed it with a very sketchy planer from our neighbors. Then we built separate walls which we then screwed together put a vole grid on the bottom. Finished it with 3 layers of linseed oil varnish. Then filled it up suggested like Google told us 😅.

Any critiques, tips and more are very welcome

I hope you guys like it. Best wishes from Germany!
