I've bought an air filtration device for my workshop, of which the main purpose will be to filter/collect very small airborne particles of dust from the powertools. I've bought this one: https://www.rutlands.com/sp dust-collection-dust-collectors-air-filters-air-filter-rutlands® r8560
Now the second thing is my workshop will be in the basement, where air quality won't be best to begin with, and there will be constant 'inflow' of various tools and materials, which would emit all kinds of odor, with addition of overall basement corridors of the building that I have little control over, and it holds potential for all kinds of bacteria, mold etc.
Now as far as I understand it since the above device only has HEPA filter, it will merely filter the air, that is taking care of fine wood dust, dust in general, potential pollen from the outside etc. and won't take care of various odors and air quality in such sense.
I'm planning to buy another device that would be an air purifier, and I am wondering how far to go in price range and its capabilities to really ensure a good and quality air. I'm seeing these devices in an 200€ price range, such as that Levoit: https://amzn.eu/d/aGjOSv0 and I wonder if that would suffice or will I have to buy a much more expensive device that would also do VOC filtration. Any advice welcome! Thanks.
