Bessy clamp extender for Jorgenson parallel clamp?

I have to clamp together 2x 32” sections of butcher block to make one large kitchen island and while I have plenty of 4’ parallel clamps I don’t have any clamps capable of this job. I stumbled across bessy clamp extenders online that essentially doubles the length of any parallel clamp and was wondering first if anyone has used them before and 2nd would they work on jorgenson branded parallel clamps (doesn’t appear that jorgenson makes their own)
