Can WooCommerce do this?

My business is operating on flash sales. So any given week I have 1 item (this week was marshmallows), with 3 variations (vanilla, strawberry, or peach this week), for $10 per unit. Next week (for example) will be lollipops, raspberry, peppermint, and cucumber, $5 per unit (6 pops).

The question is, can I set WooCommerce up to do that? Have 1 item with 3 variations for 1 week at a given price, and then change that at a specific time/day to the next item with the next 3 variations and price?
