WooCommerce Subscription pricing

From the WooCommerce website, the Subscription extension fee is $199.00 (http://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions)
However, I have found the price of the same extension for $29.00 (https://wpspring.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions-plugin)
The only difference that I can gather is the the $29.00 version does not include support or automatic updates. I hate to be so naive, but is this a "legit" license/purchase?
