hello friends of reddit

i want to make a nice map for one of the city's in my homebrew dnd setting. its the starting point so i want to give it a bit more oompf

i imagine this city being build in rings. expanding the city by a ring increasing its size.

center :seat of government for the area. really old buildings refurbished for modern use

1st ring. diplomatic and high class ring. newer but still obviously old.

2ed ring nobles ring and wealthy people live here also specialty shops are here for high end stuff

3rd ring general merchant ring and services for most of the city.

4rd ring residential ring for 3/4 and 1/4 is airship and normal ship port.

would it be possible to use the wonder draft tool ? or possibly an other tool?

id like suggestions on how to do this map. id like it to be detailed but it doesn't need to be mega detailed.
