Best way to make a town or city map?

I've finished my big map for the region and now I'm looking into making city/village maps as well as some dungeon maps. I saw Dungeondraft is an option for dungeons, is that a better tool for making city/towns also or is that something that's easier to do in Wonderdraft? Love the Wonderdraft tool, just looking for some guidance on the best way to go from here.
