losing weight rapidly and now my chest hurts... from my bra?

I have been losing weight a pretty fast rate and it feels like my regular bras make my chest hurt. Is it from the cups being too big and not being supportive enough? I can't remember if this happened the last time I dropped weight. I used to be a 40DD and then I was a 36DD and now my band is at 34.5" and it's just infuriating.
