I will be testing for the Network and Security soon and assuming I get them, I'm really concerned about finding a job with a non-toxic environment. I have 10 years in various positions being treated really poorly and I finally found a group that I get along with and it is extremely unlikely they will have an open position in my field in the next few years. Are there any tips/tricks to know how an environment is before you accept an offer?
