Would there be anything that would make you feel better, safe and comfortable?
For context: I am trans, definitely do not pass (no hormone therapy yet, no cosmetics, no very specific clothes), completely out with most papers changed. I realized I have (been) signed up as female for attending a conference that includes sleeping accommodation. It will be multiple nights. Almost definitely in gender separated rooms of 2-4 people. I expect it to be on a business-casual level. If you would like more context, be sure to ask
Edit: I am in Germany and think it is quiet unlikely that there will be any physical danger for myself. There is an anti discrimination committee and code everyone had to sign, so I would probably have a way of sorting non-physical problems out.
