Long time Dark Souls/Sekiro player. I’m honestly struggling with this game. I’m trying not to over-level at the beginning area, but without high morale, I can’t seem to cut a dent into enemies. But to get morale you have to grind enemies. But something about the timing of the block/roll/parry system is off for me and I keep dying at the first boss’s second phase. It’s like the parry option just stops working after he drinks his can of Power Thirst and I can only hit it like 75% of the time, but by this point I’ve got no healing and he just stomps me. Am I supposed to hit the button when the yellow flash happens? I do that in the first form and it’s fine, but in the second form it’s like it does nothing and I still get hit. Also what is the point of Blind Boy? He throws a rock at the boss during the first phase then F’s off during the second phase.
