I finally unlocked Pool 5, and while I have my game winning all electric build: Bolt Rail thingy - Ice Clone Dash thingy - Lightning Agent - Electric Pinball thingy. I'm trying out a melee build, using Ice Dagger Explosive Charge and these two skills alone are really fun and allow you to dance around all the enemies, however I'm struggling with a good dash, signature, and relic.

Maybe a mobility based relic like Speed or Dash? However this build does have a touch of facetanking required.

My current dash is Gust Burst, to continue combos when you slightly miss with ice dagger, however many times the opponents is slightly out of reach due to ice daggers range.

Current Signature: Blazing Lariat which works well, because I do need an AoE signature, because both skills are so straight line focused. However a signature that gathers enemies together would also help with the accuracy problem with Ice Dagger.
