Scharniere: Gibt es Ersatz?

Unser Küchenschank schließt nicht mehr zuverlässig. Ich habe nun Schwierigkeit herauszufinden, ob oder wo ich passende Ersatzscharniere bekommen kann. Gibt es da irgendwelche Normen? Wie finde ich raus, was passen würde? Das alter Scharnier ist sicher 15-20 Jahre alt. Oder: kann man solch ein Scharnier wieder fit machen und die Schliesskraft steigern?
