Einzug vor Vertragsbeginn - Problem? Was beachten?

Moin,
ich beziehe Anfang nächsten Monats eine neue Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist am 09.10. abgesprochen, Vermieter, Verwaltung und Vormieter wissen bescheid. Der Mietvertrag beginnt aber am 15. Oktober.
Kann ich trotzdem schon am 09. einziehen? Muss ich bereits ab dem 09. Miete zahlen? Müssen die Vormieter zahlen? Wer haftet in den paar Tagen vor dem 15. für eventuelle Schäden?
