Was ist denn das eigentlich für eine Grundeinstellung, das immer mehr Vermieter von vornherein Haustiere verbieten und das wo das von Gesetz her schon nicht zulässig ist?
Wovor haben die denn Angst? Das was kaputt geht? Naja der Mieter ist bei Auszug doch eh verpflichtet evtl. Schäden instandzusetzen und dann gibt es ja meist auch noch ne saftige Kaution die dafür auch angefacht ist.
