Anyway to transfer WMMT3 tuning card information to WMMT5DX+?

1) Interested to know if this exists anywhere i.e Japan. More than willing to have a friend in Japan check it out for me but I want to know of it's even possible.

2) Anyway to get the old school WMMT 2 and 3 BGMs on WMMT5DX ?

3) If I needed to start fresh and do a whole new card (I think they are passports now) How many story mode missions do I need to complete to be maximum tuned for battle races and not be at a disadvantage?

4) How many story mode missions are there?

5) I see some WMMT6 machines, if my arcade only has WMMT5DX will I be able to transfer my data to WMMT6?
