Anybody else feel tight/knotty?

I’ve always exercised, no matter how big I’ve gotten over my lifetime.
But 6 months after surgery, at my goal weight, my muscles feel tighter and much more knotty.
I know fascia is affected by your movement and hydration status but was wondering if anyone else struggles more with this after surgery.
Anyone find a yoga video or fascia product to help?
