Point blank period, I need better coping skills when I’m feeling bored,sad,mad,etc. I have been losing weight since I got my surgery and for the most part I have been doing good and eating right but I have fallen back into bad habits. When I’m in my “feelings” all I want to do is eat shitty and sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t but I need to find better ways to cope with what I’m feeling. I don’t know if I want to do therapy cause after a while I stop going cause I feel like I have nothing more to talk about. Sighs 😤
