I'm now 7 months into the pre-op journey. I haven't pulled the trigger to submit to insurance, but I've met all the requirements. My BMI went from 42 to 35 just doing the diet, so a part of doesn't want to submit and just give it more time. Part of me regrets saying let's weight a month and see where we are at. I feel I have no one who thinks I should have it now, including my wife. She's 6 months post op this week and told me I'll steal her thunder. I'm jealous of what she's done to a point, and I'm afraid I'm gonna lose her. A part of me really wishes she never had it only because ignorance is bliss. Truthfully, I'm happy for what she's done (she looks amazing, and feels great) and I'm jealous. I don't know. I'm just kinda rambling.
