Hi folks! I posted a couple months ago about my WLS Blog, and now I'm 3 months post-op and feeling pretty great! I'm down close to 62lbs!
I'm still struggling a bit with getting in all the protein and fluids I need, but I'm on solid foods and slowly introducing new things to my pouch. I found a protein shake that I can tolerate the taste of without getting nauseous, but I'm still nowhere near able to get the requisite amount from just food.
I've got a bunch of progress pics on my blog - feel free to follow me or send me messages on Kik (philsnotfat), I'm always looking for new folks to talk to. And thanks to everyone for showing their support, it's made a huge difference in my outlook, and I really appreciate it.
