My bariatric team says my progress is good, but it can certainly be better. I feel like a lot of the hustle and bustle of going to an office everyday used to be a big part of regulating my weight. Simple things like walking to the break room, bathroom, my car etc. accumulated into a lot of movement. Though at the same time, WFH allows me more time to adhere to a strict gym schedule that I may have been too tired to do with an office job. I can’t help but wonder if sitting down all day kinda cancels out my workouts?
Of course another problem with WFH is the easy access to food. I control that most of the time but not ALL of the time. There are certain days where it’s just out of control (thankfully, very very few times that’s happened).
Does anyone else have WFH challenges and successfully worked around them?
