Wiz6(PC) too fast??

I don't know how else to describe it. It feels like the game is in constant 3x speed, all the blinking things and battle sprites move so fast it gives me a headache and the lockpick thing is impossible because of how fast it is. This doesn't look like normal speed to a game that old...
