Best release of the film?

I was curious what you all considered the best release of the Judy Garland film. There's been so many releases, and it's kind of overwhelming. I was thinking of getting one, especially while DVDs are so cheap, and wanted to check and see if there was any strong opinions on it.
I really prioritize special features and extras over anything else.
