Existential dread after quitting weed
Post Body

I quit weed a couple weeks ago after doing it almost daily for the past year. Fast forward to now, and I am having existential thoughts that make it hard to enjoy many things without it creeping in the back of my head. I feel like I canโ€™t even be alone with my own thoughts at certain times. Is this even related to marijuana? Iโ€™m not looking for an excuse to go back to it, but Iโ€™m just wondering if these thoughts are related to withdrawal, and are only a temporary issue. If this is not the case, then I might need therapy.
