I quit weed a couple weeks ago after doing it almost daily for the past year. Fast forward to now, and I am having existential thoughts that make it hard to enjoy many things without it creeping in the back of my head. I feel like I canโt even be alone with my own thoughts at certain times. Is this even related to marijuana? Iโm not looking for an excuse to go back to it, but Iโm just wondering if these thoughts are related to withdrawal, and are only a temporary issue. If this is not the case, then I might need therapy.
