(GAME) The Witcher 2

I'm having trouble running TW2 on my PC, I surpass all the specs, only reason I can think is that I have Win 10, versus Win 7 that they recommend. For reference my PC specs are AMD Ryzen 5 1600, Nvidia 1060 6gb, 250 SSd, 1tb SSHD, 8gb DDR4 RAM. which is well over what is recommend for the game. Any help would be appreciated, I do not want to run this on low specs.
