Running into a really annoying bug on Pc.

So I just started a new playthrough on Pc since I finished the entire game on console and I just recently got a gaming Pc. I'm doing quests for Keira Metz and all of the sudden she now has a book literally stuck to her arm. I tried reloading old saves and relaunching the game to no avail. It's so fucking distracting and I have no idea why it happened all the sudden or how to fix it. Is there a way to fix this with the console command mod?
