So I'm in the quest "Warble of a smitten Knight" And I'm supposed to confront Vivienne inside her tent. However, she's standing just OUTSIDE the tent, and just says "Greetings, Witcher" when I attempt to speak to her. Picture I've tried both waiting and travelling between worlds, both didn't work.
