Game crashes when trying to fast travel from skellige to anywhere thats not skellige

Sorry if this has been asked and or solved already, but i couldnt find anything by searching. Like the title says i just got the skellige for the main storyline. I needed to go bavk to novigrad to finish a quest and every time i try to go there (or white orchard, or vizima, etc) i get a crash to desktop. No error. Specs are PC. R9290 and i54690
