Dynamic Weather?

Hey lads, does Witcher 3 contain dynamic weather? I remember reading that it does? However, it is always clear weather for me. I have never had it rain in my 6 hours or so with the game. I havent been past the Bloody Baron's castle place though and the starting map never rains for me. Just wondering if we have to play further into the game before it starts raining.
