This is a wonderful collector edition but… why???

Bragelonne did a wonderful “Kaer Morhen edition” of the whole saga
But … why put season of storms in third position ??
Any ideas ?
This is silly because even the titles of the books are all with the mention Volume 1, 2, volume 3 etc but season of storms is just there at third place before the third volume …
