I obtained the Aerondight during the walkthrough in Blood and Wine, I didn't even know about it until nearly the end of the main questline, that I stumbled on the Hermit and just obtained it without knowing about the five virtues.
Holy hell does this sword OP, I used it in the last fight against Dettlaff and won pretty easily (dying a few times that is but nothing too frustrated, I have had much more difficult time against Olgierd).
I mean with sword like this, why would you even need any alternative? aside from switching swords just out of boredom.
