What's something you've discovered during your next-gen playthrough that you have never noticed before?

Specifically, something that is original to the last gen version of the game. Personally, I never came across a lot of the encounters on the road because I would fast travel everywhere. This playthrough (my 10th at least!) I discovered the Last Rites quest which is a little gem. It's amazing that after however many years and playthroughs and guides that I have used, I still stumble across new content in this game.
