Help with protection

To keep a long story short my partner and I have a neighbor who acts very weird towards us and seems to be escalating. They have been somewhat aggressive especially to my partner who is female less so when I am around. I want to cast a protection spell for us especially my partner against the neighbor. I typically use candle magic and herbs. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
PS: we are looking at other non magikal responses as well.
