Post Body

Hi everyone! Iā€™ve been working with an oracle deck that is called ā€œOrĆ”culo de las Hadasā€ which translated literally to Oracle of the Fairies. I started working with it before I knew that for many people, the fae are not to be messed with and since my culture has a very positive attitude towards them (Iā€™m Andean Latin-American), I didnā€™t see a problem with it. However, Iā€™m starting to think that the fairies everyone is talking about and the fairies in my context are totally different entities, and would want to know if thereā€™s a name for them in English.

These ā€œfairiesā€ Iā€™m working with are incredibly kind, loving and helpful, they grant wishes with asking just for gratitude in exchange, and they donā€™t retaliate if you donā€™t give them anything more than a grateful heart. They like flowers (and constantly ask for them when I ask them about thanking them for their help), they are wise and give great advice when asked to (through the oracle). They donā€™t ā€œborrowā€ objects or leave small gifts, or anything like that. They behave similarly to how guides and ancestors communicate, but not to what Iā€™ve read about celtic fae. What could they be?
