Best time to cast a "Post-Break-up healing" spell?

My BF broke up with me 2 months ago, and i´m still in love with him, but the whole situation hurts a lot and I think the pain is too much to consider coming back together. He kinda broke me.
But I wanna regain my strength, and its going good! With self love spells, and therapie.

But now i wanna do a big ritual/spell, to break for good. And to get over him.

What would you suggest is the best time for it, on the lunar calender? New oder Full Moon? Or are there special days coming soon whcih could be perfect?
