Should I be clearing blockages?

I have, for many months, been getting signs of great transformation and doors opening. I constantly see angel numbers on my clock, milage on my car, prices at stores and much more like, 11:11, 1234, 444, 555 and more. I see animals of transformation and they will come up to me. I have been applying for a billion jobs and am having as hard a time as the next guy. I've been long awaiting a transformation but as soon as I get close to something good I get my chance taken from me, what should I do?
