Anyone heard of "deathcore" or "deathcorp"? My grandmother told me I have it/am apart of it.

To be honest, I wouldn't be shocked if its just schizophrenia that she refuses to label/she didn't wanna be open about due to growing up in a time period with stigmas surrounding that, (and some massive signs within me seem to point to that,) but has anyone heard of this term at all?

I figured I'd ask, since I distinctly remember telling my grandmother (Muslim and very religious, especially in regards to both the Bible and Quaran) about some weird stuff I experienced that seemed borderline psychic? Or just an extreme intuition. And she said surprisingly that stuff like I experienced happened a lot to her too, plus she'd see things. Terrifying things.

She would cry for her mom since the visions of things she saw wouldn't stop for hours.

Then she said that when I'm older, to look it up, and that I'm apart of something called the "deathcore"/"deathcorp", I think? I couldn't find many results on what that is.

But I'd say for me, my intuition/gut instinct is absurdly strong lately, and warns me of even unpredictable weird things. Like I can win a game of Mario Party just because my gut or mind conjures up a number, and I know it's the exact amount of time to wait for a perfect roll to win a game. Do you know how many time I beat my ex's brothers at Mario Party, with next to no skill or knowledge of the game? Kinda freaky.

Or just this week, despite it being extremely sunny weather nonstop in the middle of June, somehow I had this FLARING burning sensation in my head and gut to close my bedroom window. No matter how many times I tried to walk out, it just massively intensified, unless I came back. Lo and behold, the first all day rainstorm in the Bay Area came around, and I got to save all my clothes/plugged in outlets sitting on the chair next to my window.

Hell, even sometimes I suddenly know exactly what specific words to say to someone to get what I want, and no matter how outlandish or strange I sound, it works. THAT trips me out, a whole bunch.

Even when I was younger, I could predict certain things, and even certain things I visualized did happen later in my life, which boy oh boy did I hate. I remember 2nd grade, telling all my friends about how I predicted the most insane rainstorm on a trip to Vegas, (i.e. 'i predicted it would storm super hard out of nowhere for 5 minutes, then stop suddenly, go sunny, then do a light drizzle... then sunny the rest of the time', and it did! no weather report or anything,) and everyone called my BS lol.

Non-spiritual/religious people I've been with kinda ignore it or laugh it off, which I get. My homegirl, a Christian who slowly is embracing her path as a healer/spiritualist herself, said it could be a sign of psychic or divine powers. It's all starting to get a little too good for me to just write it off as a coincidence I suppose. Either way, I'm amused.

Feels nice to have at least ONE friend being like "yeah that sounds legit". But, still not putting schizophrenia past me, due to really horrible anxiety-induced visuals of symbolic things I'm irrationally afraid of (I don't feel like making a throwaway, otherwise I'd write it out. But idk, let's say every time you had caffeine or weed or just got too stressed, suddenly you visualize isopods and spiders crawling all over your home all over your skin, and you can't stop screaming and feeling it all as real.)

I also get a nice lightheaded intense euphoric sensation during any spells, which usually reads as a good omen that a spell I did has worked and is going to happen for me efficiently. Feels nice. Any thoughts I suppose?

TL;DR: my grandmother told me years ago that i was apart of the 'deathcorp', something to do with some terrifying visualizations I've had growing up and even into adulthood a weird crazy strong intuition and ability to predict things. Anyone heard of this, any thoughts?

A caul birth, or any variation of being born with a veil over one’s eyes. There’s several names for this, I believe that is what is being referenced as “death core”

[not loaded or deleted]

Generally it indicated a natural inclination to witchcraft and to be more in tune with the things that most people cannot see or feel. It’s a term that is no longer used, sort of lost in modern times. Reality is fluid, really a matter of perspective so yes a struggling grip with reality and an enhanced one, whatever your feeling that day. Next time the spiders come if you embrace them, take control of them then that is mastery. If it’s your mind that created them then you can control them. If it’s not your mind that created them and you give them no fuel to feed off of them they are powerless, and once again you can control them. So crazy or sane does not matter, master it regardless and the end result is the same no matter what perspective you look at it from.
