Ill skip all the story details and get to the jist of it. We deployed a pair of siklus and had them preconfigured. All we needed to do was fine tune the aiming. Before aiming we attempted to log in and change it to alignment mode. Here is where the problem started. Upon trying to log in, a 50 byte file would download to our computer. thats it. we could not navigate to the interface. we can ping it. We did a hard reset and still the same issue was present. a 50 byte file would download to the computer and nothing else would happen. this happened on both RDP and local laptops. Siklu support had no idea and their best suggestion was a hard reset, which we did. their other suggestion was to clear cache (lol). no effect as anticipated. they also had no idea what the 50 byte file is. we sent those to support.
anybody have any suggestion? sorry about grammar and punctuation. honestly do not feel like bothering with it
