Am I Healing?

Hi all,
I’m on day 6 post procedure. Had all 4 out at once. The extraction sites feel “tight.” I’m not in pain, but the sites are still a touch tender. I’ve gotten back to solid foods, mostly chewing with my front teeth and avoiding the area but doing a thorough salt water rinse after each meal. Just wanted to know if this feeling is normal or should I be concerned there’s food stuck?
