Phone and data providere

I have sprint/t-mobile and "unlimited data." However I get throttled terribly after their 50gb cap. But everything comes out in high definition now that I hit that cap super quick. I sometimes can't even watch a simple YouTube video. Is there anyone oit there that knows any phone carrier that are better with data caps or helps you out?
