Yeah, act blue collects small donations from individuals. That's how it works. Trump's campaign spent over 1.1B compared to 1.7B for Harris so about 70% of what she spent.
And of course all that money could be better spent. Some 21 billion in total was spent across all candidates and pacs. That's 1/4 of all the money we spend on "welfare" programs for the entire country.
once again ignoring the fact that the vast majority of donations to Clinton that year were under $2500 each.
By contrast the Koch Brothers alone spent 400,000,000 on ads for Trump. That 400 MILLION never showed under Trump because they spent it directly instead of donating it to him or a pac.
They spent over $800,000,000 supporting trump in 2020 as well.

Two things. There is 850 MILLION to trump on that page alone.
Second is Harris raised significantly more money from small donors that both Biden and Trump.
