I was not a fan of Season 2. Does it get better from here?

While I had problems with Season 1 I overall enjoyed it and appreciated it more on completion. Season 2 in contrast had a very strong start but was a slog to get through and I only felt relief when the finale finally came. Are Seasons 3 and 4 better?
