Got a speeding ticket not too long ago on Silas Creek between Forsyth Tech and the National Guard Armory. Total BS because allegedly I was doing 50 in the 35...there's no way I was doing more than 45.
Irregardless, I have a court date on 4/22 and was wondering if anyone has had a similar ticket for walk-through court and has entered a prayer for judgement and succeeded without retaining an attorney. Alternatively, what's the burden for pleading improper equipment?
Any other info/advice/words of wisdom welcome as well.
