Hi everyone - I don't know if this is the right place to try this, but I thought I'd try. I'm going to be moving to the area from Seattle to stay with my boyfriend, but he's literally the only person I know in the state, and I'd like to try and make some friends.

I have a lot of past posts where I was looking for more of a romantic relationship, but they still give a lot of information about me that, for the sake of brevity, I'm not going to repeat here. Some words that might describe me (largely ripped from the previous post): Vulnerable/open, fat, confident, progressive, anxious, accepting, outgoing, kind, sarcastic, understanding, witty, unemployed, over-educated, non-judgmental, irreverent, altruistic, board/video game player, adorable, melancholy, hilarious, German learner, empathetic, low-key into computers, easily distracted, uninhibited, responsible, caring, flexible, verbose.

I'd love to meet one or more people in the area who might be down for coffee, drinks, hanging out, playing games, etc. (COVID permitting) - I imagine we might start talking on here (or discord?) and if we get along, try something out in person when appropriate.

I also welcome any advice/tips/etc about settling into my new location!
