Landscaper needed. Recommendations?

In the process of redoing my front flower bed after a decade of neglect. Hauled 320lbs of waste to the landfil to complete phase 1 of the project.
Now I have some roots/stumps that need to get gone and feel like a professional with the expertise and proper equipment would do a better, longer-lasting job than I could.
Free estimates a must, Landscaping design is a plus, but not necessary.
