Can I ask the store to use two flavors on one set of wings?

It’s not an option on the web site, so I feel like it might be an issue with work stations, or cross contamination of the rubs or something like that. But, if I called my local store and ordered, say a 20 piece wings Louisiana rub, would they then be able to toss them in BBQ after? Or would I need to order sides of the BBQ rub and do this myself?
