Hey all, I'm looking to make YouTube content about Wingspan, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere that has a collection of all the bird cards in image form. Wingsearch is useful, but I'd like to be able to download the cards as image files to use in videos.
I could manually screenshot each of them from Wingsearch, of course, but that would take a long time. Similarly, I could take the pictures myself of the cards, but that would also take a long time and I don't have an easy way to keep those images consistent if I did.
Wingsplain has reference images for some birds, but not all, and I couldn't find a way to download the reference images here either.
I suspect this all has something to do with the licensing of the artwork, hence Wingsearch's use of gray outlines instead, but it is still frustrating nobody seems to have compiled a .zip folder or anything.
Am I missing something?
Edit: My goal is of course not to infringe the art copyright, I simply want reference images to show up on screen if I'm talking about a specific bird to aid the viewer. I have compiled images from Wingsearch (which has gray outlines instead of the official artwork to avoid copyright issues) and some other images I will find useful for videos.
If anyone is also looking for this sort of resource, you can access my compiled folder here (Google Drive link).
