Cherry Wine Tastes Like Alcohol

Post Body
I’ve posted a couple times about a cherry wine that I’ve been brewing. I gave it a week after if stopped visibly fermenting and bottled last night. It tastes phenomenal but the alcohol is really strong. Will that dull with age? I sweetened one bottle with erythritol because I felt it was a little dry overall and that seemed to intensify the alcohol flavor. Did I do something wrong in the fermentation process?
