Cherry wine question

I think my cherry wine may have stalled. It’s only been fermenting for about 2 weeks and it’s stopped producing CO2. I don’t have a hydrometer. Do I pitch a restarter or let it sit. It smells phenomenal but I’m scared to try it. Lol
