I’ve got two gallons of this transferred to carboys this morning. I was worried about fermentation stalling, and I think it did, because it’s been at 1.006 since Friday morning. But I figured “close enough.”
Starting sg 1.09 Final sg 1.006
ABV: ~11%
Recipe:
4 pounds frozen wild blueberries 1160 grams sugar 1 tsp boiled bakers yeast 1.25 tsp pectic acid 1.75 tsp acid blend 1 tsp yeast nutrient 13 cups water 1 crushed campden tablet 2 grams wine yeast (premier rouge)
